This website is great. It is the Environmental Resource Center for Higher Education. Take a look around because it has some great information. It is partnered by APPA, C2E2, CSHEMA, NACUBO, and the EPA (formerly Association of Physical Plant Administrators, Campus Consortium for Environmental Excellence, Campus Safety Health and Environmental Management Association, National Association of College and University Business Officers , and the Environmental Protection Agency).
